SHIPPING TERMS

IMPORTANT: We keep the right to fully refund your purchase and cancel your order anytime before the item arrives at your address. If you live in the US, you might have to pay tariffs on arrival. Inform yourself on the possible fees. These may even include courier tariff fees. Feel free to reach out to us. 

1. SHIPPING COSTS

1.1 Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process in your shopping cart and before completing your order.

The exact shipping costs are based on the rates set by us according to your delivery address as well as product quantity, product weight, and/or product size.

For combined orders, products may still be shipped separately. Therefore, individual shipping costs may apply to each product. All delivery costs will be shown during the payment process before final payment is made.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

2.1 Your order is generally processed within 3–5 business days after the contract has been concluded (for advance payment: after receipt of payment).

2.2 Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping provider and your location.

2.3 For advance payment, the delivery period begins only after receipt of payment.

3. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We ship with DHL, Deutsche Post, or comparable shipping service providers.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery is made to the address you provide.

5.2 For international deliveries (outside Germany), additional costs may arise that are not charged by us and must be paid directly by you, in particular:

  • Customs duties

  • Import VAT

  • Customs clearance fees

These costs are borne by the recipient. Please inform yourself in advance about the import regulations of your country.

5.3 If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the goods are returned to us, we will charge the return shipping costs as well as the cost of reshipping, should you request the goods to be sent again.

6. PACKAGING

We package your artworks carefully and securely to prevent transport damage. Packaging is included in the shipping price.

7. COLLECTION IN PERSON

Personal collection is currently not possible. All orders are shipped by post.
